| If you can’t get to us , or want simply to have the discretion of not coming to our shop then we offer a postal service |
- Please contact us via phone or email, and let us have as much information as you can about what you have for sale or you wish to place on buy back service.
- We can offer to buy gold and buy goods outright and can provide a collection service for this. PROVISIONAL valuation can be done on the phone or via email, but our testers will give final valuation once gold or goods are tested at our premises.
- We will call you and if you agree with the price we can send you payment in cash or cheque.
- If items are placed on buyback there is no charge made for the 1st buy back service , however the cost to pick up send the item back will be added back to the repurchase price at cost price. £9 for gold and small items and £17 for goods up to 25kg eg ps3.
- Subsequent buybacks will be charged in the normal way and postage fees will be added at cost all terms can be discussed on the phone with one of our friendly staff.
