| 2) The customer may send a cheque for the item. We have to clear the cheque before we send the item then they have 7 days to check the item out. This means you may have to wait 3-4 weeks before money is officially cleared. |
| 3) Although items generally arrive safely in the courier system, sometimes they arrive damaged by the courier. If this happens then we issue the customer a refund. And put a claim in against the courier for compensation. We are unable to pay you for the item until we have received compensation. Don’t worry about this though it doesn’t happen that often. Once every 2 years. But you have to be aware of the situation. |
